CSS Skin question I'd like to give my scrollbar color with the following code: <!-- <STYLE type="text/css"> BODY {scrollbar-3dlight-color:; scrollbar-arrow-color:#FFFF00; scrollbar-base-color:#8B008B; scrollbar-track-color:; scrollbar-darkshadow-color:; scrollbar-face-color:#FF00FF; scrollbar-highlight-color:#000000; scrollbar-shadow-color:#000000} </STYLE> --> But I can't seem to be able to figure out where or how to include it into my CSS skin.
