as you may have noticed i installed antville on my computer. the new version has some great additions. what i miss is something like membership control for the main site. apparently, everybody can sign up and build sites. is there a way to restrict or control membership and created sites? you know, i am responsible for everything happening on my server.

i just wanted to install my own antville application on macos x, but i have no idea where to start. where do i go to download? what do i need? is it included in the helma package or what do i need to install before? thanks.

btw. images are now being rendered as html links pointing to the image source (in both rss output formats). they simply appear like this [Image] at the position of the original image tag in the text. please let me know whether you like it like this and if it works for you and your syndication tools.

due to the raging success of antville, 10 "last-updated" blogs on the entry-page seem a little restricted... could you make that 25? (of course a complete list or a costumizable "friends" section would be even better, but that would be way to much work right now, I guess)

i would like to discuss the next steps of the rss implementation here at antville. here are some questions:

1. which other formats should we support? 0.93, 1.0, scriptingNews2, ...? btw. what about a special antville format?
2. what are we going to do with macros? remove them completely? parse and evaluate them, maybe depending on their output (images / text)?
3. and generally, should an antville rss file contain the whole weblog homepage content or only titles with links?

ich habe hiermit folgendes Problem: Habe fälschlicherweise ein eher unpassendes Makro im Skineditor in StatusloggedIn eingesetzt. Was zur Folge hat, das jetzt kein Login mehr möglich ist. Error in Application Antville: Request Timed Out.
