... trying the "logo" macro mentioned on Sept. 6th.

Tried logo & this.logo & weblog.logo & root.logo, but always get the "hop macro error.... has not been defined..." am i doing something wrong or has this never been implemented?

I think it would be great to give all those who somehow "stumble" over a page in antville a way to find out more about it...

Just thought I'd post an image of the new server which will soon serve antville.org before it goes out to the ISP tomorrow. By our calculation, it should be powerful enough to run antville well beyond the year 2007. It will take two more weeks or so until we actually do the switch. We'll then update to the newest version, remove the warning on the frontpage and you'll have to redo your templates ;-).

Actually It would be funny to do a Blogger-new-server kind of foto with everybody doing thumbs-up and wide grin. Anybody got the URL of that picture?

for those who thought it's too difficult to run antville themselves: chris langreiter made a package: helma, hsql and antville. the result is simply amazing: with antclick you're just one (double-)click away from installing antville on your own machine ;-) and it's really that easy!

and btw.: included in antclick is the new version of antville ... (a preview is also available at , this version will be online here soon. but please: this is really a test-installation ;-) )

Is there a way to have a site admin notified when a comment is posted?

i noticed some strange behaviour if i use quotes in the story title. when i edit these stories, the title is chopped. try it here.

today i noticed some new members in the membershiplist. unfortunately, i cannot figure out what their home pages are unless they write a comment. i would like to know the macro for the users url?

btw,could you please add a link to the project site on the antville main page?
