to explain: the latest helma-snapshot (which antville needs for some features) doesn't work on antville.org (which might also be a bug in tomcat, don't know). sorry for the inconvenience, we didn't plan it that way ;-)

nevermind tobi and robert

i just imagined it that way its ok, the most important thing is that we re still able to use our logs i saw some changements in my poll, and a strange link when i used the search function but believe me: the most important thing for common ants is that nothing endangers our logs i - we - thank you so much for the time invested hoping u get on well, greetings to henso best wishes - yrs woelfin alpha.ant

what you think

or imagine is the most unimportant stuff in the whole wide world. you're a spammer, pasting your boring shite in all the other antvilles comments, but disabling the comments in your blog. go hide and if you ever say we again, meaning antville webloggers as a whole, lightning may strike you.

disclaimer: this does not mean, i don't appreciate all the work you guys are doing. i just can't stand that hypocrite alpha-thingy no more.

some words about updates

in the past six months or so there have been various updates of antville.org that have not been announced and that most likely nobody noticed at all.

this means antville's code as well as the helma application have been changed secretely many times, without outage, without data loss and without usage quirks.

because the next update needs some fundamental re-arrangements that are not done in a few minutes (as the updates mentioned above), we announced it to you to prevent confusion if your own or your favorite weblog should not be available for a while.

i thank you a lot for this announcement

tobi i remember that once we had a timid discussion about how it should go on with antville, if there's the risk of a shutdown or an overkill of logs initially antville was created cause blogger doesnt work well and another U.S.-server closed access for supplementary logs. in any case: i asked (henso, i guess) to inform us, if any dramatic changes should happen. being warned is still better than going thru an earthquake and not even being able to ask what's the matter. best wishes woELFin alpha.antville.org

you are wrong

antville was definitely not created because "blogger doesn't work well". Antville was created because some people had a vision how to revolutionize personal CMS-ing. And they did. This is NOT your project. Stop overdramatizing things. Get a life.

sorry

whad ya mean by get a life? if i didnt get a life i wouldnt be able to write a log i thorougly read this Die Idee zu Antville entstand vor etwas mehr als einem Jahr.

A PRIORI

JUHE ! alpha.antville.org

johntokyo, August 23, 2002 at 1:17:31 AM CEST

ganz objektiv.

johntokyo, August 23, 2002 at 1:20:43 AM CEST

obwohl.
