Images in RSS a feature request: making images available in the rss-feed, in other words not filtering them...

Re: Images in RSS we did not filter images in the beginning (instead we turned them into links) but i think an rss feed should provide a description (or summary as in "rich site summary") of a site/weblog with a link to the original (full) source and not a copy of it.

Re: Re: Images in RSS don't think so. RSS readers are very useful and can replace the browser completely when speaking of reading weblogs. I have switched to NetNewsWire and have more or less abandoned reading weblogs that are not available as RSS as it's just to time consuming. Therefor images are nearly as important as text - if one doesnt like images one can configure the rss-reader to not display them anyway... ... comment
