i created a destination for downloading antville (www.antville.org) on this server, plus i put a first version of the antville-license (also in CVS now) together with a short description of how to get antville into <about antville>. please read and feel free to comment.

I've changed the title from "how to get antville" to "how to set up your own antville server" because "getting" antville may not be clear to an untechnical person or a person who doesn't know what the options with antville are.
