image upload times out still some trouble with the linux box. i can't upload images. there is a timeout for the url "images/create" after sending the form. it looks like the newImg.saveImg(param.rawimage) at line 44 of the object functions gets stuck. at least this is how it occurs to me after experimenting with comments in the code. what can i do to get a more detailed error report?

do you have a Desktop environment running on the linux box, and is Helma running within?

See this FAQ entry: If you run via SSH, you'll probably also need the full grown start script, since with the simple one, Helma will quit as soon as you interrupt the SSH connection you started it on.

ha! i guess i'm just a spoiled mac user. maybe this problem on mac os x is related to the same issue:

yes, i assume it is. just got it in the last days setting up my ibook with antville. but it's not a problem at all – except you force the window to close. helma is opening this graphic window for processing images (resize et al.) ... comment
