update i just committed a new update of antville into CVS which is somehow "experimental" for me:
there's a new db-patch-file included in cvs which stories existing stories and comments in the new table "TEXT" (this patch does not drop the tables "STORY" and "COMMENT", so you can step back if something happens). i hope i didn't introduce new bugs, and please tell me what you think about those changes. and the next days are filled with writing documentation for antville together with motz (after all, i'm on holiday ;-)

hi robert i checked out the antville module and applied the sql patch. everything worked well. thumbs up! i especially like your changes of how stories and comments are treated. the distinction always appeared weird to me (at least at the back-end). i did not quite understand the new "scroll navigation" feature... could you please give me some more details on how the prevpagelink / nextpagelink skins should be used? are these names for the macros, too? however, another very more thank you for your indefatigable activities.

scrollbacks uh, i think now i got it. you already implemented it on the frontpage, at the very bottom. i see. very nice!

actually there are no macros for prevpage/nextpage, antville will generate the links to prevpage/nextpage if it has to generate a list (using global skins prevpagelink/nextpagelink) and assign it to response.prevpage/nextpage. ... comment

thanks for all the stat-things, tobi! i'll update my version tomorrow (right now getting food seems to be better than cvs-conflicts ;-)

i think something is missing in your update: i don't have a referrers.hac-file etc. forgot to check it in, or am i missing something?

referrers.hac was definitely missing, and so were referrers.skin and referrerItem.skin. just checked them in right now. ... comment
