notepad just to deposit a thought i had right now: wouldn't it be cool if the usage of images (and in the future also stories...?) in other weblogs via a macro like <% image name="tobi/barbes" %> would be logged / displayed in the original weblog? this way one could keep track of where else one's material is used (and you get some more related links, too).
