With the new server we also switched back to better quality image resizing and switched story read count on again.

different parts of the antville code don't agree on wheter topics are case sensitive, which makes weird stuff happen.

for example, i create a story in a new topic foo, but the the decide to change the topic to Foo. this creates a new story which says it belongs to Foo, but no topic Foo will be created. instead, there's still the topic foo which now contains the new story and the original one.

how does antville (or helma?) decide which macro is allowed to be used in a story (as opposed to in a skin)?

Hello, its me again, the guy with the bugging questions.

My first question: How do I handle virtual hosts with antville and apache? I.e. I've got domain1 and domain2, plus 1 running instance of antville with weblog1 and weblog2. How do I point domain1 to weblog1 and domain2 to weblog2 directly? Via RewriteRules in the Virtual Hosts Section of httpd.conf?

And, secondly, how do I access the Admin-Pages which were present when I first installed antville? The 2 pages where you set the most basic preferences for the whole antville-server.

I looked up both questions on project.antville.org and helma.org, to no avail. I would like to write an step-by-step-instruction for installing antville, connecting it to apache and so forth.

I just have installed tomcat and connected it to Apache via mod_jk. It works fine, now my question: how do I change to Apache as the Antclick/Antville-Server?

i implemented part of the contributions by michi/twoday.net. there's the list of changes:

• most important, i changed the story-editform to the much cleaner version of twoday.net. however i managed to keep it backwards-compatible to the old storyeditor, so even if you modified the skin it should still work as expected. If not please report here (the only visible change is that the editableby-macro now produces a set of three radio-elements instead of one dropdown). Due to this i also had to change the basic style-skin. Use the diff-feature to figure out what has changed.
• antville now accepts icons as uploaded images
• creating a new site now leads to a new entry in syslog

all of the changes above are currently only in cvs. please give it a try, and many thanks to michi!
